1. Walls must be FLAT. I sanded mine down like crazy and still have a rough surface. It works but is rough.
2. The odor is very strong. I had to sleep in a hotel the first night. It was bearable for the next six days (drying time is a week).

I bought 50sft worth – my husband may use the rest of it. I’ll see how it goes.
